StoreCha Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a store or subscribing to any plan on StoreCha (“StoreCha”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering an account on behalf of a company or registered entity in Pakistan, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. 0% Platform GMV Fee Policy
StoreCha does not charge a percentage take rate on your domestic sales or Cash on Delivery order volume. Subscription plans are billed according to fixed PKR monthly or annual tiers. Any courier booking fees or third-party payment gateway transaction costs (e.g. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank merchant accounts) are paid directly to your chosen service providers.
3. Acceptable Use and Merchant Conduct
You agree not to use StoreCha to sell prohibited items, counterfeit goods without authorization, hazardous materials, or unlicensed pharmaceuticals under Pakistani federal or provincial laws. Any store found facilitating fraudulent COD parcels or unverified customer scam operations will face immediate suspension without refund.
4. Courier API and Tracking Integrations
StoreCha normalizes logistics bookings for domestic delivery companies (including TCS, Leopards, PostEx, and Trax). While StoreCha ensures robust, idempotent API handoffs and accurate Airway Bill generation, actual transit times, parcel handling, doorstep reconciliation, and courier cash remittances remain the operational responsibility of the designated courier service.
5. Platform Availability and SLA
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across all storefront and merchant operations endpoints. Maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak Pakistani retail hours (typically 03:00 to 05:00 PKT) with advance advisory notifications sent to merchant dashboards.
6. Cancellation & Governing Law
Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time via the admin dashboard. These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad.
